At Starwax At Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home maintenance products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
